We hope everyone had a lovely half term!
we have come back to Eddie’s class excited and ready for our new story focus, ‘Room on the Broom’.

in sensory baking we enjoyed making magic potion milkshakes! We read the instructions, used symbols to make requests and then followed the instructions.  They were yummy if we do say so ourselves,

We have had another busy week in Eddie’s.  We have been finishing off our story the twinkly twinkly fairies, had lots of fun working on our turn taking during attention autism and measuring how high our stomp rockets travelled.

13th May 2024.

This week we have been working on our sensory story ‘The twinkly, Twinkly fairies ’ by Julia Donaldson.  In Maths we took turns with out Baa Baa bubbles game where we had to read the number we selected then count out the correct amount of pumps on the sheep.

We are working really hard on our life skills, we walk to Aldi working on crossing the road then follow a shopping list to select the correct items and scan the items.

This week we have been working hard on our personal learning targets.  There has been lots of great phonics, writing and maths work related to our sensory story ‘Zog’.  We are also loving our sensory baking sessions where we worked on chopping up vegetables for a stir fry.
