Through our many and varied enrichment activities at Kingsbury we aim to engage and motivate the children so that they want to learn and find out more about their world. We carry out enrichment activities throughout much of what we do at Kingsbury but particularly on Friday afternoons when children from different classes join together to enjoy a range of fun activities that develop important skills such as friendship, resilience and motivation.  For example, children from different classes may join together for a sensory drama session to explore the Bonfire Night traditions having watched a firework display alongside their peers from our partner mainstream school.

Our enrichment incorporates our educational visits where children visit a range of places in the local area such as parks and playcentres, places of worship and of course slightly further afield our residential trip to Borwick!
