Spring Term 1

Our topic this term is ‘Our Life Around Us - Our Growing World’

Week 6 - This week we have enjoyed a trip to the botanical gardens and enjoyed exploring the grounds and the park. We then took a visit to Tesco to buy some snack. Everybody walked around the shop and put the items on the conveyor belt and bagged them. We got tokens and put them in the Kingsbury box!

Week 5 - This week we have begun our new story ‘Hansel and Gretel’. We enjoyed making a witches potion and blowing it to make it bubbly and climbing on different equipment looking for bread crumbs. We have also loved the new dolls house that was brought into class!

Week 4 - This week we have been on a trip to China Town to celebrate Chinese New Year! We enjoyed walking around the streets looking around before going into the supermarket to choose some food to try! We finished our visit in McDonalds. Everybody enjoyed their dinner.

Week 3 - This week we have been focusing on our communication skills using PECs and core boards. We have also been mark making in flour!
