Forest school
Week 3
This week we have continued our theme of “Splash” we have read our book 5 little mermaids. We have enjoyed all of our usual activities such as bucket, sensology, swimming, sensory playground, dough disco, light room and soft play. We have maid our own mermaids, lots of sensory play - we went fishing in our tough trays. We also maid cupcake case mermaid tails.
Week 2
This week we have enjoyed making Fruit kebabs, our community walk, sensology, bucket, swimming and lots of painting, ‘exploring the ocean and its creatures that live in it’ We had a lovely afternoon celebrating those special men in our lives on Friday to end the week.
Week 1
Welcome back to the last term of this year! Our topic this term is ‘Splash’ our story for the first two weeks is ‘Who’s at the Beach?’ And our sensory story is ‘Commotion in the Ocean”
this week we have enjoyed our usual activities like soft play, sensory playground, Forest School, Light room sensology and sensory baking. We have worked really hard using our visual communication boards to help us transition around school, participate in activities and to ask for things we want.
