Jess' Class

Jess’ Class 2021-2022

Welcome to our page! Here is our fabulous team…

Jess’ Class is a busy and happy class. We learn through play and we really enjoy Rebound Therapy and Sensory Diet. Our focus is developing our early learning play skills and communication skills to create a solid foundation for learning throughout Kingsbury. We love to play with our friends in class and particularly like role play and the home corner. Much of our curriculum is sensory based and informal but we also like to learn maths, literacy and topic. We enjoy arts and craft and learning outdoors but most of all we like to have lots of fun!

We enjoy learning in all the different areas of our school and community including swimming, soft play, light room, rebound therapy, PE, the Digital Den and on the playground. We go out in the community to learn valuable life skills like shopping and budgeting. We try to learn as many skills that will help us to be as independent as possible in the future.

Fun and happiness in our class!

Covid-19

Dear Parents and Carers,

As many of you are at home now due to the outbreak, please find below a list of home learning suggestions. This is in no way a 'to do list' as we know you will have loads of great ideas at home already. Please do not feel that you must do these activities, do whatever you feel is best for you and your family at this very challenging time.

We hope that these activities are useful and we would love to see photographs and to hear how you are getting on via our Evidence for Learning app!

Hopefully the weather will remain beautiful so the children can play outside as much as possible. As long as we are all adhering to the social distancing guidelines any outdoor time is great!

Please stay safe and take care, we know how challenging this time is to everyone. We look forward to this all being over and seeing you all once again.

If you need any advice please do not hesitate to contact me via the Yellow Frogs E-mail address.
