School Improvement Priorities

Leadership & Management 

Objective 1: Clarify and embed leadership roles, TLR structures, and governance systems to improve accountability and operational efficiency by March 2026. 

Objective 2: Implement Bluesky appraisal system and develop a comprehensive staff handbook and training program by May 2026 to enhance performance management and professional development. 

Objective 3: Establish robust parental feedback mechanisms and strengthen community engagement through charity and PTFA partnerships by July 2026. 

Quality of Education 

Objective 1: Enhance Learning environments and review class structures and curriculum pathways to ensure they meet the diverse needs of all learners by July 2026. 

Objective 2: Introduce and embed a robust assessment and monitoring system that tracks pupil progress effectively by May 2026. 

Objective 3: Strengthen EYFS provision through curriculum development, staff training, and environment enhancements by July 2026. 

Personal Development

Objective 1: Develop and embed a comprehensive pastoral offer across all key stages, including weekly multidisciplinary meetings and proactive outreach. 

Objective 2: Enhance wellbeing and inclusion by establishing J&P Wellbeing Champions and embedding inclusive practices. 

Objective 3: Expand enrichment opportunities and strengthen transition planning, promoting British Values and community engagement by July 2026.

Behaviour & Attitudes

Objective 1: Improve attendance for both staff and pupils by 10% within the next academic year through targeted strategies and robust monitoring systems.

Objective 2: Embed PRICE and THRIVE behaviour approaches across both school sites to support positive behaviour and emotional development. 

Objective 3: Secure NAS whole school accreditation by embedding inclusive, autism-friendly practices across all aspects of school life.
